For my geographic area I am a highly skilled Commercial Broker backed with over 30 years experience as a Real Estate Attorney & Licensed Title Insurance Agent. After the recent sale of my Law Practice & Title Insurance Business I immediately completed all the core commercial courses offered by the CCIM Institute. I followed this curriculum with 88 hours of Land & Farm courses offered by the Realtors Land Institute because of my past history of representing farmers and commercial investors as well as the fact I live in an agricultural community. I am also experienced at the coordination of IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges for commercial investors and farmers. The bottom line I am experienced and educated to handle the majority of commercial transaction for my community. For all my clients I do the necessary due diligence from soil examination to cash flow analysis. Received my CCIM Designation on October 10, 2018. I have 10 years or more experience in coordinating IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges for my commercial and farm clientele. As an experienced Real Estate Attorney I am especially adept at site evaluation: legal & political assessment, survey evaluation, market analysis, and zoning. I also broker farms and ranches and I have the specialized skill to conduct cash flow analysis of a poultry farm. In the past I have owned and operated a cattle ranch so I have a fundamental understanding of soils, pasture and cattle count. I also have experience in retail, multi-family, hotel and oil & gas. As a former Attorney I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in the areas of probate administration, partition suits, adverse possession theory & litigation and title insurance.
